Well the one thing I cannot negotiate on is the hosting fees or domain registration. You can either purchase them yourself or I can do it for you. I like Fatcow.com They offer a fair price for hosting and the going rate on domain name registration. You are always free to provide your own hosting and domain registration. (You can always opt for the free hosting from places like geocities, aol and yahoo. Keep in mind these places do limit what you can and cannot have on your site. They also allow you minimal storage and bandwidth) Either way you will always retain your login and password information for your hosting provider. This way if I break an arm or get hit by a bus, you're not stuck.

With regards to my own pricing, I like to work on barter agreements. If you provide a service or a product I can use, we can come up with an equitable exchange of services. I have done simple sites for people who cook me meals or bake me cookies. I have accepted plane tickets and show tickets in exchange for more complicated design work. Sadly, if you are a breeder, I cannot accept a puppy as payment. We have a full house already. Of course this may change when I move so ask me anyway. With all that said, if you still feel you have nothing to barter with me, I will accept cold hard cash. That is also negotiable.
